Zhengzhou Leizhan Technology Paper Machinery Co., Ltd. has achieved another success in supplying stock preparation and approach flow systems for high-speed paper machines. The company has signed a cooperation agreement with Hebei Jinbaoshi Group for its PM4 large high-grade linerboard high-speed paper machine (width 6600mm / speed 1200m/min). Zhengzhou Leizhan will provide a complete low-pulse approach flow screening system.
The supply includes energy-saving key equipment such as two NLS low-pulse pressure screens for top/bottom layers (in-flow type), one dilution water pressure screen, and two secondary screens for top/bottom layers.
NLS Low-Pulse Pressure Screen Features:
- Low-Pulse Design, Smooth Operation: Utilizes a unique streamlined rotor structure and corrugated screen basket design, effectively reducing pressure pulses and minimizing pulp flow fluctuations, resulting in more stable system operation; reduces fiber flocculation and improves paper web formation uniformity.
- High Screening Efficiency: Optimized screen basket open area and rotor design significantly increase acceptable fiber passage rate, reducing residual impurities and untreated fibers.
- Significant Energy Savings: The low-pulse design reduces energy loss, and optimized rotor dynamics lower power requirements.
