Zhengzhou Leizhan Machinery and Mexican Green Paper have signed a contract for a complete pulping equipment line for a 100,000-ton-per-year packaging paper project. Leizhan Machinery is expanding its presence in the Americas market, providing customers with high-quality, energy-saving pulping system equipment.
Under this cooperation, Zhengzhou Leizhan will supply a full range of energy-saving equipment covering raw material disintegration, pressure screening, high- and medium-consistency cleaning systems, low-consistency cleaning systems, refining systems, and approach flow systems. The key energy-saving equipment includes:
- 50 t/18H Bleached Kraft Pulp (BKP) Top Liner Production Line
Core energy-saving equipment: RF Double-Disc Refiner – with a single-inlet, dual-outlet design that optimizes flow direction, reduces plate wear, and achieves a degree of refining control accuracy of ±1°SR. - 300 t/18H Waste Paper Processing Line
Raw material: North American waste paper. The efficient, high-performance screening system separates clean, high-quality fibers to produce high-grade test liner and corrugated medium products. - Intelligent Approach Flow System
Equipped with low-pulse in-flow pressure screens to reduce headbox pulsation and improve finished paper formation uniformity.
